I have worked in palliative care and hospice for over 20 years. It is a unique privilege to work with clients and families as they face complex health care decisons. My work involves adding clarity and choice about treatment options, expected disease trajectory, symptom management, and end of life care. As a specialist in patient-centered end-of-life care, I am committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and compassionate medical care for my patients and their families. My areas of expertise are late-stage disease management and end-of-life care, including full-service access to Medical Aid In Dying.

 

I am boarded in both Internal Medicine and Hospice/Palliative Medicine. After 20+ years with Kaiser Permanence, including 5 years as Hospice and Home Health Medical Director, I branched out into private practice in 2023. I am thrilled to now provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, or wherever they live.

 

My strengths lie in my decades of experience working with complex patients and families paired with a deep belief in the importance of dignity and autonomy at all stages of life, including the end of life. My job is to listen and ask questions in order to create a holistic, person-centered care plan that reflects who you are, and what is most important to you.
